radilon.bg is a website for information, reservations, and food ordering, owned by the company ET Elisaveta Radeva-Eliko, through which intermediation is carried out between registered users of the site and Radilon.
All technologies, source code, and algorithms used on radilon.bg are the property of ET Elisaveta Radeva-Eliko, and their use is not permitted without the owner's knowledge.
Terms of Use
As a user of the site, you agree not to distribute, publish, forward, modify, or create derivatives of or exploit the content of this site.
You accept that unauthorized use of the content of this site may harm Radilon, and that in the event of such unauthorized use of the content, you become the subject of judicial orders.
To fully use the services provided by the site, you must register. Registration is done by completing a registration form (which can be found on the homepage of the site) and accepting the specified conditions.
You are required to answer all questions on the registration form with accurate information. If all or part of the data provided by you is not accurate, radilon.bg is not responsible for undelivered deliveries on time and in place.
You agree that you are and remain fully responsible for the content of any information you provide on the site and that you will not provide information that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or obscene.
Delivery is carried out by couriers from Radilon.
Payment for the order is made in one of the three specified ways:
- In cash upon delivery;
- By card - debit or credit;
- By bank transfer;
Sale of Products and Services
All prices listed on the website are in Bulgarian Levs (BGN) including VAT.
Radilon reserves the right, with prior notice, to terminate the offering and sale of any product or service offered on the site.
The user agrees that, in addition to the delivery address, if necessary, the contact phone specified in the registration form will also be provided to the couriers delivering the order.
The personal data of the user specified in the registration form will not be provided to third parties, except in cases where they are requested by representatives of law enforcement authorities.
Food Deliveries, Orders, Delivery Times
Radilon Catering delivers the order to the address specified in it, handwritten by the user in Ruse, Sredna Kula, Dolapite quarter.
Orders with a minimum value of BGN 15 are delivered free of charge. Orders with a value less than BGN 15 are delivered with a delivery fee of BGN 2.
Radilon Catering has regulated discounts from the specified prices that are used:
- by customers (companies or individuals) with a signed food delivery contract;
- by customers with a certain monthly turnover;
- at the discretion of Radilon Catering, for loyal customers of the company;
Radilon Catering accepts your orders every day from 08:00 to 22:30. When generating the order, each user can specify a date and time of delivery from a list of possible ones.
The minimum delivery time is about 45 minutes. In the process of processing your order, it is further clarified after the food is prepared. In your profile on radilon.bg, you can monitor the status of your orders. Radilon Catering reserves the right, in the case of exceptionally high courier or kitchen workload, to delay your order, and this will be timely noted in its status.
Order and delivery from the Lunch Menus section can be as follows:
- you can order from today for today until 11:00, with possible delivery hours between 12:00 and 14:00;
- from today for tomorrow at any time, with possible delivery hours between 11:00 and 14:00 on the next day.
Order and delivery from the Main Menu section can be as follows:
- you can order from today for today at any time, with the delivery time not earlier than 45 minutes, at your choice;
- from today for another day at any time, with the delivery time entirely at your choice.
